We do not perform advanced hardware repairs. If a device requires repair, we may recommend a third-party service provider.

  • Follow any instructions given during service

  • Maintain backups of your data before service appointments

We are not responsible for data loss under any circumstances.

4. Limitation of Liability

By using our services, you agree that Laizure Tech Group, LLC is not liable for any damages, including but not limited to:

  • Hardware or software issues

  • Service interruptions

  • Indirect or incidental damages

5. Third-Party Services

We may recommend or use third-party tools or services (such as cloud backups or antivirus software). We are not responsible for the performance or security of these third-party services.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

  • Services may be offered as one-time visits or subscription plans

  • Subscription details (pricing, visit frequency, etc.) are outlined separately

  • Payments are due as agreed at the time of service or billing

7. Scheduling & Availability

Appointments are subject to availability. As a small business, service hours may be limited and may not include standard business hours.

8. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at our discretion.
